These terms govern use of the MyNeurElia web application operated by Hureka Technologies on behalf of your care organisation.
Not medical advice
MyNeurElia provides education, exercise prompts, reminders, and progress tracking. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace care from your neurologist or therapist.
Account responsibilities
Keep login credentials confidential and enable MFA if you hold a staff role. Do not share another person's PHI in community posts.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the service, attack infrastructure, scrape other users' data, or post abusive content.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time (30-day grace period). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or present a security risk.
